Partnerships Officer - SEND & Children's Services

Royal Borough of Greenwich in Woolwich is seeking a Partnerships Officer to help implement social care reforms for SEND and manage a portfolio of improvement projects within the Quality Improvement Division.

You will lead on developing partnership governance across education, health, and social care, work with parents/carers, and motivate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver lasting change in a fast-paced environment.
