Do you have account management experience and a proven track record in building exceptional relationship building skills! We have an exciting opportunity to join our diagnostic division's account management team.
In this role you'll be tasked with the responsibility for the growth of services for diagnostics by developing and managing strategic stakeholder relationships through a customer-focused approach.You will alsowork with the clinical and operational teams and wider Group sales and business development functions to grow relationships and position ourselves as the go-to and preferred provider of diagnostic services to the NHS, ICBs and independent healthcare providers whilst assisting with the generation of accurate activity and governance reports on the status of both existing accounts and new business.

Working with over 80 NHS trusts, our clinical care team delivers a range of clinical services in hospitals, the community or virtually. Our services include diagnostic, acute and virtual services - all of which are designed and delivered by senior NHS consultants and operational staff who ensure that national clinical guidelines and operational best practice guidance are met.
Everyday you will
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, service types and contracts.
- Be active in cross-selling and up-selling of our services to develop strong and diverse partnerships with customers.
- Support with planned expansion of the scope of existing contracts and identifying new business opportunities.
- Manage commercial performance of active contracts, aligned with the financial performance and objectives of the business.
- Build strong relationships with a variety of existing key accounts, including c-suite, senior management, clinical and operations.
- Support with the management of customer and stakeholder expectations, in conjunction with the Head of Partnerships. Identify key contacts within existing contracts and build strong rapport/relationships with them
- Develop an understanding of the key challenges faced by customers and provide support, as required, in suggesting new solutions and ways to add value.
