The Role

As Partnership Manager, you will be part of Agurotech's Business Development team. You will work closely with the founders, product and operations teams in Amsterdam, and with partners across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, North and Latin America.


Key Responsibilities

As Partnership Manager, you combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This role is both outward-facing and cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with our Sales, Operations, and Tech teams to ensure Agurotech remains top-of-mind with partner sales teams, is effectively co-marketed, and commercially activated across markets.


You will own the full partner success journey-from onboarding and training to activation and revenue impact. You'll be responsible for enabling distributors across multiple regions and ensuring they are set up to perform, scale, and succeed. This includes building strong working relationships, developing localized go-to-market strategies, supporting first sales, and continuously optimizing partner engagement.

You are comfortable navigating international environments and energized by the challenge of making new markets work-whether that means co-hosting a demo in the field, staffing a booth at a trade fair, or reviewing metrics with a distributor's management.


Your responsibilities includ

  • Onboarding, training, and supporting new distribution partners globally
  • Driving co-marketing and field activation plans with local partners
  • Facilitating early customer conversations and supporting initial deployments
  • Representing Agurotech at international trade fairs and partner events
  • Monitoring and optimizing partner performance, and driving commercial results
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for partner success


Your Profile

  • 4-6 years of experience in international partnerships, business development, or channel management
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive with a structured, hands-on approach
  • Fluent in English; other languages (French, Arabic, Spanish etc.) are a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally for partner support and events
