Partnerships Lead - Broker Network & Growth

Elect Capital is seeking a Partnerships Team Lead for London to own the broker and partner network, drive strategy and results, and lead a team of Partnerships Executives. You will act as the escalation point for sign-offs, negotiations and fast decisions, working closely with underwriting, sales and ops.

You will shape the partnerships agenda, set targets, report to senior leadership, and nurture key broker relationships, while delivering impact in a fast, office-based environment.
