Job Description
Role Overview 
Establish and nurture profitable partnerships to support the bank's growth. Act as liaison between the bank and external partners, ensuring collaborations are mutually beneficial and align with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Execute market research to identify potential partners that meet criteria for selection.
- Assess financial stability, reputation, and technological capabilities of potential partners.
- Collaborate with legal teams to develop and negotiate agreements defining scope, revenue sharing, service levels, risk allocation, and responsibilities.
- Work with internal and partnering teams to integrate products and services and develop joint marketing/sales campaigns.
- Evaluate key performance indicators and make adjustments to improve partnership outcomes.
- Manage relationships with partner counterparts, fostering trust and addressing issues promptly.
- Consult internally, sharing market insights and industry knowledge with relevant departments.
Lead a team to deliver complex tasks, set objectives, coach employees, and determine performance rewards. When acting as an individual contributor, lead collaborative assignments and guide team members through structured tasks, identifying cross functional involvement as needed.
Skills and Experience- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage governance deliverables.
- Forward thinking and structured planning, working backward from key deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
- Stakeholder management, engaging confidently with senior colleagues.
- Collaborative yet independent working style, supporting the VP while progressing work proactively.
- Strong relationship building skills across internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology capabilities.
