Harris Hill is delighted to be working with a long-established national charity supporting communities across England, Wales and Northern Ireland, in their search for a talented Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager.
This pivotal role has a strong focus on developing and managing strategic corporate partnerships, while also overseeing a wider portfolio of high-value income streams including major donors, trusts and foundations, and legacy supporters.
You ll play a key part in shaping the organisation s fundraising strategy building innovative, mutually beneficial corporate partnerships, cultivating long-term relationships, and securing vital income to ensure the charity s sustainability and growth.
As well as personally leading on high-value relationships, you ll line manage and support a small team, and collaborate across departments to identify opportunities, craft compelling partnership packages and demonstrate impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on developing, securing and stewarding corporate partnerships that deliver significant income and impact.
- Develop and deliver a wider philanthropy and partnerships strategy across major donors, trusts, foundations and legacy giving.
- Create tailored, persuasive proposals and corporate packages that align with partner priorities.
- Cultivate, steward and grow long-term supporter relationships across all high-value income streams.
- Lead stewardship events and engagement activities that inspire, retain and grow support.
- Manage budgets, report on income targets and ensure compliance with best practice.
- Line manage and develop team members.
About You
We re looking for a proactive, strategic fundraiser with:
- A proven track record of securing significant funds from corporate partners, with additional experience across major donors and/or trusts and foundations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and negotiate high-value agreements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating compelling corporate proposals.
- A strategic mindset, able to identify opportunities, design partnership packages and deliver growth.
- Experience managing a team.
- Solid knowledge of compliance and fundraising best practice.
You ll be a creative, relationship-driven fundraiser who enjoys building long-term partnerships and working collaboratively to deliver impact.

- Salary: £39,000 £42,500 per annum.
