Job Description

The Academic Partnerships Team is the central hub within the University for supporting the development and operational delivery of our UK and International partnerships. We currently have approximately 50 partner institutions offering Middlesex University awards worldwide.


We are looking for two Partnerships Administrators to join our team. These are newly created roles and provide an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop a career in Higher Education administration.


In this role, you will provide administrative support to the University's Academic Partnerships Team. Working closely with colleagues across the University and staff at our partner institutions, you will help ensure the effective delivery of partnership activities and a positive experience for both partners and students.


We are looking for proactive individuals with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will be a confident in building positive working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team. Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities and a commitment to delivering a high-quality service are essential in this role.


As part of the interview and selection process, candidates will be required to complete a practical computer based task that reflects the administrative responsibilities of the role.
