Partnerships Manager required to join a fast-growing, innovative fintech company backed by over £100M in funding. They are seeking a commercially minded, ambitious, and highly organized Partnership Manager to drive the success of their Approved Dealership scheme and forge new partnership opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a strategy to engage car dealerships and integrate them into their 'Approved Dealership' scheme, positioning them as key players in the car-buying ecosystem.
- Develop a compelling B2B proposition, supported by marketing collateral, to proactively form strategic relationships with car dealers.
- Identify opportunities to increase volume through existing partnerships, working closely with the Marketing team to execute these ideas.
- Source and deliver new partnership opportunities to unlock additional acquisition channels.
Your Profile
- 7 years in commercial, sales, or account management roles, ideally in the fintech sector.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a "get things done" attitude.
- Eager to work across teams and contribute to various aspects of the business.
- Knowledge of the automotive or consumer lending sector.
