Partnerships Manager required to join a fast-growing, innovative fintech company backed by over £100M in funding. They are seeking a commercially minded, ambitious, and highly organized Partnership Manager to drive the success of their Approved Dealership scheme and forge new partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement a strategy to engage car dealerships and integrate them into their 'Approved Dealership' scheme, positioning them as key players in the car-buying ecosystem.
  2. Develop a compelling B2B proposition, supported by marketing collateral, to proactively form strategic relationships with car dealers.
  3. Identify opportunities to increase volume through existing partnerships, working closely with the Marketing team to execute these ideas.
  4. Source and deliver new partnership opportunities to unlock additional acquisition channels.

Your Profile

  • 7 years in commercial, sales, or account management roles, ideally in the fintech sector.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a "get things done" attitude.
  • Eager to work across teams and contribute to various aspects of the business.
  • Knowledge of the automotive or consumer lending sector.
