Partnership Administrator - Involvement & Coproduction

We have an exciting opportunity for a Partnership Administrator supporting our Involvement & Coproduction Coordinator on projects which embed the voice of lived/living experience into the housing and homelessness system across Somerset. The role will support all aspects of engagement work to build a Shaping, Teaching and Responding (STAR) Team for Somerset, a network of experts by experience, and provide administrative support to the engagement of lived experience voices for Somersets Supported Housing Strategy and other strategic work, including logistics, reports, and timely and professional contact with partners, service providers and service users.

Job responsibilities
  • Support the engagement of lived experience voices within the housing and homelessness system.
  • Assist in building and maintaining the STAR Team network.
  • Provide administrative support for strategies including event planning, logistics, and report preparation.
  • Maintain professional communication with partners, service providers and service users.
Person Specification Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years experience of administration, business or operational support
  • Proven experience of organising or supporting the organisation of meetings and events
  • Ability to engage with others to develop effective relationships
  • Experience of project work
  • Experience of the drafting, editing and production of reports and presentations
  • Developing and implementing new procedures
  • Lived experience of homelessness or insecure housing, either as a service user or carer
  • Lived experience of mental health issues, either as a service user or carer
  • Experience of working in the voluntary sectorReceiving and handling complaints
