Partner Operations Leader - HR, Governance & Improvement

BDO UK LLP is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to lead the daily delivery of the Central Partner Operations function. You will ensure quality across Partner Operations, Partner HR Services, and Partner Performance and Recognition, translating strategic direction into actionable plans and robust workflows.

You will provide operational leadership across the function, oversee governance and risk, and manage priorities, capacity, and SSC resources to deliver a high-quality partner experience.
