General Summary This role reports to the Senior Partnership Manager or their designee and is based in Banbury, UK. The Manager delivers departmental objectives by overseeing day to day operations, leading and developing team members, and ensuring high quality, efficient service delivery. The role requires strong cross functional collaboration, performance monitoring, continuous improvement, implementation of policies and procedures, and regular communication with senior leadership, while fostering a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and development.

- Own the day to day management and delivery of assigned partner accounts, maintaining strong working relationships with partner stakeholders and internal teams across marketing, brand, communication, digital, events, trackside operations, and finance.
- Responsible for the day to day account management of a select number of team partners, including major partners.
- Be accountable for the accurate and timely fulfilment of contractual partner rights across race weekends, marketing campaigns, events, and experiential programs, ensuring delivery meets agreed objectives and quality standards.
- Lead cross functional coordination for partner activations, aligning internal teams and external agencies to deliver seamless execution across a global F1 calendar.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, providing clear communication, structured updates, and proactive issue resolution throughout the season.
- Own partner delivery planning for assigned accounts, including activation roadmaps, milestones, and season long delivery schedules.
- Monitor and track rights usage and partner performance, identifying risks, gaps, or opportunities and escalating as appropriate to ensure contractual compliance and partner satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver regular partner delivery updates and performance summaries for senior commercial and marketing leadership, focused on status, risks, and upcoming commitments.
- Identify and propose incremental activation opportunities that enhance partner value, align with the team's brand and sporting narrative, and support long term partnership growth.
- Represent the team professionally at race events, partner activations, and meetings, upholding brand standards and reinforcing trusted partner relationships.
- Contribute to departmental projects and race specific initiatives as required, supporting the wider commercial objectives of the team.
- Support the implementation of departmental strategies in line with organisational goals.
- Lead team-level initiatives and contribute to cross-functional projects that promote continuous improvement.
- Provide input into policy and process development, sharing insights from frontline operations.
- Oversee day-to-day team operations, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and meet performance standards.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence within the team.
- Ensure team compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Build effective working relationships with internal colleagues, external partners, and service users.
- Represent the team in meetings, working groups, and stakeholder forums.
- Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues and complex queries within the team's remit.
- Support budget management activities, ensuring resources are used effectively and aligned with priorities.
- Monitor team resource allocation and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Contribute to financial reporting and forecasting as required.
- Uphold governance standards within the team, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Identify operational risks and support the implementation of mitigation measures.
- Participate in emergency planning and business continuity activities relevant to the team.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals.
- Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required, consistent with the responsibilities of the role.
- Marketing or Business Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- 3 years of global marketing and management experience at a brand, rights holder, or agency, that covers strategy, client servicing, brand, sales, and product marketing in a professional motorsports environment.
- 3 years of partnership management experience.
- Proven leadership in high-pressure, performance-driven environments.
- Event planning experience.
- Maintains calm and focus in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Able to handle setbacks and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Trusted to manage confidential information and sensitive team matters.
- Upholds the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to team cohesion and shared success.

- Comfortable with extensive travel and irregular working hours, including weekends and race days.

- Ability to follow complex regulations related to shipment of materials and facility maintenance requirements.
- Many roles require working evenings, weekends, and public holidays, particularly during race season or critical development phases.
- Roles supporting race operations, logistics, or communications may involve frequent international travel, including long-haul flights and time zone shifts.
- Trackside roles may involve standing for long periods, walking across paddocks, and working in noisy, crowded environments.
- Factory roles may require manual handling of components, use of machinery, or working in temperature-controlled areas.
- Office-based roles typically involve prolonged computer use and occasional movement between departments.
- Exposure to high noise levels (engines, pit lane activity), bright lighting, and fast-moving environments is common in race support roles.

- All roles require adherence to strict safety protocols, especially in technical and trackside environments.
