Job Description
Partner Growth Manager 
Lightspeed is a leading global, omni channel cloud commerce platform for retail and hospitality businesses.
What you'll be responsible for:- Actively engaging with existing referral partners to bring in new customers to Lightspeed.
- Research and trend the enterprise app market to identify new apps, pricing and analyze competitive marketplaces.
- Develop, manage and maintain the pipeline to deliver the assigned territorial market strategy.
- Achieve channel sales quotas in assigned geographical regions and provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline reporting and forecasts from channel partners in the territory.
- Ensure high quality two way communication between channel partners and Lightspeed.
- Lead one on one screen sharing presentations as required.
- Manage and develop the onboarding of new partners, including training and go to market strategy.
- Bring in new referral partnerships through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification.
- 3+ years of partnerships/B2B experience (software sales experience preferred) focused on finding solutions for partners to drive revenue.
- Excellent negotiating skills with a focus on customer, partner and market needs.
- Deep understanding of the partnership landscape, especially within EMEA.
- Stakeholder in partnership strategy, working with region sales managers.
- Energy to contribute to an energetic and diverse team.
- Experience training, motivating and fostering relationships with potential partners.
- Thrives in a fast moving environment.
