Partner Engagements & Compliance Strategy Lead

is seeking a Partner Engagements Manager, Compliance Strategy in London. You will own the external compliance partner engagements, lead governance, and translate regulatory requirements into practical actions across banking partners, schemes and strategic stakeholders.

You will manage complex engagements, coach junior staff, and drive improvements in the compliance operating model while collaborating with Legal, Risk, Product and regional teams to ensure timely, accurate outcomes.
