Job Description
Role Introduction

Responsible for equipping and empowering strategies delivery partners with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to effectively implement and support the company's products and services.

This role involves developing enablement programs, creating and leveraging educational content, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that partners are well-prepared to deliver exceptional value to customers.

What You Will Do
  • Design and implement enablement strategies that align with company objectives, focusing on enhancing the capabilities of strategic delivery partners.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, and resources that support continuous learning and development for partners.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that partners have access to up-to-date information and resources, enabling them to effectively represent the company's offerings.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of enablement programs, partner skills, capability, and capacity, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and coaching to ensure partners are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive business success.
  • Identify and implement tools and technologies that enhance partner engagement and improve operational efficiency.

  • Has a sophisticated grasp of business drivers, finds new ways to increase own contribution. Stays attuned to business and industry changes, ensures own activities remain aligned to key objectives.
  • Strengthens alignment and coordination between own work and others', providing well-sequenced activities and exact time frames. Foresees and resolves many potential bottlenecks and delays.

  • Disseminates knowledge, insights, and updates in a polished, precise, and compelling manner. Demonstrates a deep interest in others' comments. Creates rich documents and reports.
