Job Description

• Lead a diverse client portfolio of roughly £350k, including SMEs and high-net-worth individuals
• Deliver high-quality business advisory and accountancy services
• Oversee audits (only 7 audits), statutory accounts, tax planning, and compliance
• Drive business development and client relationship growth
• Mentor and manage junior staff, contributing to team development
• Collaborate with existing Partners on strategic initiatives and firm growth
• Represent the firm externally and support new business pitches

The Successful Applicant

A successful Partner Designate should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in accounting and finance within the professional services industry.
• A proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering results.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• The capability to identify and capitalise on business development opportunities.
