Job Description
- Lead a diverse client portfolio of roughly £350k, including SMEs and high-net-worth individuals
- Deliver high-quality business advisory and accountancy services
- Oversee audits (only 7 audits), statutory accounts, tax planning, and compliance
- Drive business development and client relationship growth
- Mentor and manage junior staff, contributing to team development
- Collaborate with existing Partners on strategic initiatives and firm growth
- Represent the firm externally and support new business pitches
The Successful Applicant
A successful Partner Designate should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in accounting and finance within the professional services industry.
- A proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering results.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- The capability to identify and capitalise on business development opportunities.
