What is on offer to you?- £50,000 to £65,000 per year complete on target earnings.

As a Partner you will operate a local business, building your own customer base, marketing your personal brand and providing an end to end service from valuation to completion of sale.
Responsibilities- Act as an employer with the flexibility of a self employed model, managing your own diary and client activities.
- Generate leads, close sales and deliver superior customer service.
- Develop and maintain local relationships and brand awareness.
- Utilise company technology and marketing tools to grow your business.
- Collaborate with local branch hub teams for lead management and support.
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
- Proof of right to work (passport or birth certificate) and required identity documents (proof of address, National Insurance).
- Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to become the best estate agent in your area.
- Home based role with full employed status.
