Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a diverse range of employment law matters, advising both domestic and international clients on complex issues across various industries, including financial services, technology, and public sector.
- Build and develop long-term relationships with clients, providing strategic advice on high-stakes disputes, employment regulatory matters, restructuring, and workforce strategy.
- Lead the team in advising on contentious and non-contentious employment law, including tribunal claims, redundancies, discrimination cases, and employment policy development.
- Work collaboratively with other practice areas in the firm, including corporate and litigation teams, to provide comprehensive solutions to clients' legal needs.
- Drive business development and contribute to the continued growth of the firm's employment practice, including thought leadership, networking, and marketing initiatives.
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment within the team.
- Significant experience in Employment Law, with a proven ability to handle complex matters at a senior level (Partner or Senior Associate level).
- A strong business development focus, with an ability to nurture client relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Expertise in advising clients across a range of sectors, with experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team and contributing to the strategic direction of a practice.
