Position Summary

The role: Accurately process warranty claims to meet manufacturer high standards, examine completed warranty repair orders, prepare claim forms and supporting material, and ensure maximum return from the manufacturer for all warranty work including issuing credit notes and associated paperwork. Responsibly input manufacturer's warranty payments, return warranty parts to the manufacturer, and reconcile the warranty schedule, all completed in a timely and efficient manner. Work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, identify priorities and schedule work appropriately.

Responsibility Highlights

• Accurately process warranty claims to the manufacturers high standards.
• Examine completed warranty repair orders, prepare claim forms and supporting material, and ensure maximum return from the manufacturer for all warranty work including the issue of credit notes and associated paperwork.
• Responsible for inputting the manufacturer's warranty payments, return of warranty parts to manufacturer and reconciliation of warranty schedule, all to be completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, identify priorities and schedule work appropriately.

Working hours: 20-25 hours per week (Flexibility on days and hours to suit the right candidate).
