Part-Time Trauma-Informed Parent Support Worker

Barnardo's is seeking a compassionate Project Worker to join our Reflect team in Newport. You will develop positive, trusting relationships with parents and support a trauma-informed, strengths-based service across Gwent.

This part-time, temporary role involves accompanying parents to appointments, supporting access to services and community activities, and contributing to group work while upholding safeguarding responsibilities and professional boundaries.
