Southern Co-op seeks a Team Leader to drive the store forward, inspiring the team, championing values, and delivering an outstanding customer experience daily.

This part-time role (27 hours over 3 days) offers full training and support to help you succeed, with shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends. You may also obtain a personal licence to sell alcohol; full training will be provided.
