Aspire People is working closely with a lovely primary school in Boston to find a teaching assistant to work with a Year 3 child.

• Experience working with children or young adults (desired); level 2 3 TA qualification (highly desirable)
• Be able to motivate and inspire pupils to achieve their full potential
• Warm, kind, patient personality with endless energy and enthusiasm
