Part-Time Store Team Leader: Flexible Shifts + 30% Discount

Co-op Worcester is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage day-to-day store operations, lead a small team, and deliver outstanding service on a part-time basis. You'll work a mix of opening, closing and mid-day shifts, with some evenings and weekends, and you may support the post office or bakery depending on the store.

You will be a visible presence in the community, helping to grow Co-op membership and stay connected with local initiatives.
