Part-Time Store Team Leader - Flexible Hours

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Kegworth to run daily store operations, coach a small team, and ensure excellent service on a part-time basis. The role involves hands-on floor work, tills, and supporting stock control and merchandising to drive sales and community engagement.
