Responsibilities- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries.
- Acting as a brand ambassador by demonstrating in depth product knowledge.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers.
- Assisting with outfit building and making additional product recommendations.
- Assessing customer needs and providing assistance and information on product features.
- Driving store KPIs and suggesting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining shop and stock room presentation, organization, and overall cleanliness.
- Previous track record in hospitality or retail.
- Effective communicator who easily builds relationships.
- Team player who recognizes and celebrates the contributions of others.
- Adaptable to change and able to work at a fast pace.
- Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor.
- Approaches all issues with a 'can do' attitude and acts with initiative to find in store solutions.
