Part Time Stockroom Associate, Calvin Klein - Regent Street

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries.
• Acting as a brand ambassador by demonstrating in depth product knowledge.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers.
• Assisting with outfit building and making additional product recommendations.
• Assessing customer needs and providing assistance and information on product features.
• Driving store KPIs and suggesting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintaining shop and stock room presentation, organization, and overall cleanliness.

About You

• Previous track record in hospitality or retail.
• Effective communicator who easily builds relationships.
• Team player who recognizes and celebrates the contributions of others.
• Adaptable to change and able to work at a fast pace.
• Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor.
• Approaches all issues with a 'can do' attitude and acts with initiative to find in store solutions.
