Part-Time Sports Centre Duty Manager - Lead Lifeguards

St Albans School is seeking a part-time Sports Centre Duty Manager to join our team. The role involves leading lifeguards, managing activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the centre during evening and weekend hours.

The successful candidate will have customer service skills, be able to lead a small team, and hold First Aid at Work and National Pool Lifeguard qualifications (training provided). Hours: 15 per week, with some additional shifts possible.
