Job Description

We are looking for a part-time caretaker to look after a small industrial estate in Carlisle.

Main duties to include: Keeping common parts tidy with weeding, litter picking etc. Also, obtaining monthly electric readings from the individual units.

The position is flexible at 3 hours a day (Monday to Friday).

The hourly rate of pay is £14 per hour on a self employed basis.
