Part-Time Shift Lead - Pension & 6.6 Weeks Holiday

B&Q Barrow is hiring a Shift Lead to support safe, smooth store operations during your shift. This part-time role (18.5 hours per week) is permanent, with a UK notional hourly rate of £14.50, a pension and 6.6 weeks of holiday.

You will oversee the shift, deploy colleagues, be the first point of contact for customers and keep the store safe, aligning with B&Q's aim to make every customer count.
