Part-Time Senior Youth Program Lead (Evenings)

Kensington & Chelsea YPF is seeking a part-time Senior Youth Worker to lead evening youth club sessions on Thursdays and Fridays. The role focuses on delivering engaging activities for ages 6-19, with strong emphasis on safety, mentoring staff and volunteers, and reporting outcomes.

You will develop session plans, manage a team of part-time workers, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment while supporting the learning and development of young people in our community.
