Part-Time SENCO: Drive Inclusive SEND

High Wycombe Church of England School is seeking a dedicated SENCO to lead and enhance SEND provision across the school. The role is 2 days per week for one academic year, with the potential to become a permanent full-time position depending on school needs.

You will work with staff, parents and external agencies to ensure inclusive culture, high-quality teaching and timely EHCP processes, supporting pupils to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
