Chartwells Independent is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee catering and service operations on a part-time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week across the educational sector in the Fareham area. You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly, deliver exceptional food experiences, supervise teams, monitor KPIs, uphold Health & Safety standards, and contribute to a culture that values great service and employee development.
