Part-Time Scheme Housing Officer for Older Residents

Southern Housing is seeking a compassionate Scheme Housing Officer to support older residents across Kent. This part-time role (20 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9am-1pm) focuses on tenancy management, welfare checks and safeguarding, ensuring schemes are safe, well maintained and welcoming.

You will work with residents, contractors and colleagues to promote wellbeing, resolve housing issues and deliver excellent customer service, with occasional travel to other locations within Kent.
