Part-Time Sales Assistant Retail Derby Store

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Part Time Sales Assistant to join our store team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting day to day sales activity, and helping to maintain high store standards.

The Role

As a Part Time Sales Assistant, you will be an ambassador for our brand. You will assist customers, maintain stock presentation, and contribute to a positive, high energy environment that puts the customer first.

You will:

• Provide excellent, personalised customer service at all times
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer product knowledge and style advice
• Operate the till accurately and follow cash handling procedures
• Maintain a tidy, well presented sales floor and fitting rooms
• Replenish stock and assist with stockroom organisation and stock counts
• Support promotional activity and visual merchandising standards
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store targets

Hours & Location

This is a part time position with a flexible rota including evenings and weekends. Exact hours will be discussed at interview and scheduled to meet store needs.

About You

We are looking for someone who is customer focused, proactive, and a good team player. You will be enthusiastic about fashion and comfortable working in a fast paced retail environment.

You'll bring:

• Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
• Attention to detail and pride in presentation
• The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
