Location: Market Weighton, York, YO43
Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 9 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday evenings, 6:00pm - 9:00pm
Start Date: Tuesday 21st July 2026

Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Retail Assistant to join their team in Market Weighton on a part-time basis.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operation of the retail environment, ensuring stock is replenished, displays are maintained to a high standard, and the store remains organised and customer-ready.

Key Duties:

• Replenishing and organising stock.
• Maintaining high standards of presentation across the store.
• Supporting stock deliveries and merchandising activities.
• Ensuring products are displayed correctly and efficiently.
• Keeping the working area clean, tidy, and organised.
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet operational requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous retail experience is dessential
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable undertaking physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and manual handling.
