Part-Time Recruitment Contact Advisor

Capita Recruiting Partnering Project is recruiting for a part-time Contact Advisor to work 30 hours per week at our Upavon, Wiltshire office. The role is fixed-term until 31 March 2027, onsite with in-person training and strong team collaboration.

The successful candidate will handle inbound calls about joining the British Army, respond to webchat inquiries, maintain records, and guide applicants through the recruitment process.
