Job Description

Oxford Lifelong Learning in the Department for Continuing Educationis seeking to appointa part-time receptionist to provide a high level of customer service to students, staff, visitors and residents.

About the role

This is a permanent, part-time position (6 hours per week; 0.1644 FTE). The working hours are Thursdays from 5.15 pm to 11.15 pm.

About you

Working at our busy Rewley House reception, you will have excellent organizational and communication skills, both face-to-face and on the telephone. You must be reliable, well-presented and be able to use your initiative to answer queries and solve any problems. Your reception duties will include using the Department's online booking system, so you will need to have good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication. Reception experience would be a significant advantage for applicants applying for this post, although it is not essential.
