Part-Time Reablement Support Officer - Home-Visit Care

West Northants Council is seeking a Reablement Support Officer to assist individuals in regaining their independence. This rewarding part-time role involves visiting clients in their homes to support daily activities and promote dignity.

The ideal candidate will have experience in health or social care, a full driving license, and must either possess or be willing to obtain an NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care. Flexible hours available, with total weekly hours of either 16 or 31.5.
