Part-Time Personal Assistant - Community & Home Support (Weekend)

PA required for a young lady living in Ely. This role is based on-site in Cardiff, with 4 hours per week during term time and 6 hours per week during school holidays. Weekend availability is required to support activities in the community and home environment.
