Tiger Private is currently seeking an experienced Part Time Private PA / Legal & Personal Administrator to support a private individual. This highly confidential position requires exceptional discretion, emotional intelligence and strong organisational skills. The successful candidate will support a range of personal, medical, legal and financial administration, ensuring seamless organisation across multiple complex and sensitive matters.
Duties- Complex diary and appointment management
- Inbox management and correspondence monitoring
- Monitoring and organising Apple devices and digital records
- Liaising with solicitors, barristers, forensic accountants, medical professionals and other advisors
- Organising legal bundles, disclosure documentation and supporting the preparation of paperwork for ongoing proceedings
- Assisting with OFW (OurFamilyWizard) documentation, record keeping and weekly summaries
- Coordinating documentation and preparation for CAFCASS meetings, court hearings and related appointments
- Tracking deadlines, submissions, appointments and action points across multiple professional advisors
- Managing highly confidential records, correspondence and evidence files
- Supporting childcare logistics, school communications, specialist appointments and family scheduling
- Household coordination, supplier management and general personal administration
- Personal administration, bill payments, budget reconciliation and financial tracking
The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting UHNW individuals or working within highly confidential environments. A legal, paralegal, litigation support or accounting background is highly desirable. Candidates who have previously supported individuals through complex legal proceedings, family law matters, disclosure exercises or other sensitive personal matters would be particularly well suited to this role. The successful candidate must manage large volumes of documentation, coordinate with legal teams and financial professionals, prepare bundles and submissions, and ensure deadlines are met accurately and efficiently. Exceptional attention to detail, sound judgement and complete discretion are essential. Strong Apple/Mac literacy is also required.

Hours: Approximately 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility required
Rate: £35 - £40 per hour
