Part-Time On-Site Staffing & Workforce Analytics

HCA UK is seeking an On-site Staffing Coordinator & Workforce Planning Analyst for The Harborne Hospital in Birmingham. The role is part-time (18.75 hours/week) on site, permanent, with a salary pro-rata of £15,750 plus benefits.

The successful candidate will support workforce planning, manage the Facility Scheduler system, and provide data-driven insights to optimize staffing levels hospital-wide. Private health and pension benefits are included.
