Serve Legal is recruiting mystery shoppers to perform audits at supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops and more. You will make a purchase and report back on the experience, with a focus on customer service standards.

This is a part-time, flexible role suitable to fit around other work or education. Pay is calculated per audit, aligned with Real-Living-Wage hourly rate, with batch allocations near you by area managers.
