Part-Time Mental Health Admin & MDT Coordinator

Rural West Primary Care Network is seeking a proactive Mental Health Administrator for a part-time role (18.75 hours per week) to support Tadley Medical Partnership, Morland Surgery, Holmwood Health Centre and Watership Down Practice.

The successful candidate will provide general administrative support, minute-taking, MDT meeting coordination and assist the mental health services across the PCN, requiring strong IT skills and excellent communication.
