Part-Time Licensing & Customer Support Team Lead

Bradford Council is seeking a part-time Team Leader to join the Customer and Business Support Team within HCPH Licensing. You will lead a small team, supervise performance, support licensing operations and help deliver a customer-focused service to licence holders and the travelling public.

The role requires people management experience, a clear understanding of data protection and information security, and the ability to work within strict statutory requirements and council procedures.
