Part Time Leisure Duty Manager

Position Type: Part time (approx. 15 hours per week across a 4 week rolling rota, evenings and weekends)

Hourly Rate: £14.15 per hour

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Venue 360, an award-winning meetings & events facility.

The Role

As a Leisure Duty Manager, you will demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills, a customer focused approach and the ability to manage day to day operations in a busy environment.

Key aspects of the role will include:

• Running the day-to-day operation of the leisure facilities
• Supervising staff and supporting other team members
• Maintaining health and safety standards
• Carrying out opening and closing procedures
• Cleaning and maintenance duties

About You

You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

You must be able to demonstrate confidence in a supervisory role.

You must have good timekeeping and a pleasant demeanour along with a sociable nature.

You must have a customer focused attitude.

You must have flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.

You must have good PC skills.

Ideally you will have experience of working in a leisure or fitness facility and previous experience of a supervisory role. Previous use of leisure software is desired along with a sports coaching qualification and first aid training.
