I'm working with a well-established Independent Financial Adviser firm in London that is looking to appoint an experienced Part-Time IFA Administrator, working 3 days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants a stable, long-term role within a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
As the IFA Administrator, you will provide high-quality support to advisers and paraplanners, ensuring smooth processing of client work and maintaining excellent standards of service. This is a hands-on role that requires someone confident working within an independent firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing annual review packs and collating client information
- Submitting and tracking new business applications:
- SIPPs
- Pension switches
- ISAs & GIAs
- Protection applications
- OIBs
- Liaising with platforms and providers including Morningstar, AJ Bell, James Hay, Royal London, and Investment Managers
- Updating client files, monitoring pipelines, and ensuring cases are completed efficiently
Experience Required
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an IFA or wealth management practice (essential)
- Confident dealing with multiple platforms and providers
- Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
