Part-Time HR Manager - Culture & People Champion

St Cuthbert's Care is seeking a part time HR leader at its Head Office in Newcastle Upon Tyne. You will manage all HR aspects, ensuring compliance and leading initiatives on engagement, development and wellbeing.

The role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and requires a hands on approach to drive a diverse, inclusive workplace. You will oversee recruitment, absence management, and HR policy updates while mentoring the HR team and coordinating with payroll.
