Part-Time HR Coordinator - Flexible Hours

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team, supporting colleagues across Berkshire College of Agriculture and Slough & Langley College campuses. This part-time, permanent role offers 14.5 hours per week, with flexibility on pattern.

You will process changes and attendance, liaise with Payroll, and help the recruitment cycle, onboarding and DBS checks, while maintaining compliant employee records.
