Part-Time HR & Recruitment Lead - North London

Ashdown Group is seeking an experienced standalone HR & Recruitment Manager to join the team near North London. This part-time role is 14 hours per week across two days and is office-based.

In this standalone position you will develop and implement the people strategy, advise on employment law, own appraisal frameworks, review policies and drive initiatives arising from the strategy. You will manage employee relations and lead recruitment activities, sourcing candidates and partnering with
