Part-Time HR Advisor - People & Culture Partner (Flexible Hours)

Empower Family Group in Taunton, United Kingdom, is seeking a part-time HR Advisor to join our growing HR team. You will report to the HR Manager and help strengthen our culture, safeguarding standards, and operational excellence while providing professional HR advice.

The role focuses on day-to-day HR matters, recruitment support, and managing employee relations. Core hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, with flexible hours to fit the candidate's needs.
