Part-Time Hospitality HR Generalist & Induction Lead

InterContinental Hotels Group in Glasgow is looking for a proactive Part-time Cluster HR Coordinator to support two voco Grand Central Glasgow and Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel teams. You will handle HR administration, recruitment support, onboarding, and employee relations while delivering engaging face-to-face induction and compliance training.

This 24 hours per week role across Tuesday to Friday focuses on onboarding, payroll coordination, HR records, and maintaining compliant processes.
