Now, we're looking for a Part Time German Translator to support our expansion in the German market - someone who can translate and localize website pages, marketing materials, and content with precision and a strong marketing mindset.
Tasks- Translate and localize website pages from English to German
- Work on briefs for marketing and product content
- Adapt copy to ensure it sounds natural, persuasive, and culturally relevant in German
- Support ongoing content creation for ads, emails, and landing pages
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to ensure consistent brand tone
- Maintain terminology consistency across all German assets
- Review and improve existing German content for clarity and conversion optimization
- ️ Native or fluent German speaker with excellent writing skills
- ️ Experience in translation, localization, or copywriting (e commerce experience is a big plus)
- ️ Strong understanding of marketing language and conversion focused writing
- ️ Ability to adapt tone, not just translate word for word
- ️ Detail oriented and reliable with deadlines
- ️ Comfortable working remotely and independently
- ️ Bonus: Experience with DTC brands (fashion, fitness, or e commerce)
